Sacred Ashes from the Full Moon Global Eighth Fire Ceremony

On the full moon of July 10, 2025, a sacred fire was lit in Midleton, Co. Cork, at the Kindred Spirits Monument — the site that honours the historic 1847 gift of the Choctaw Nation to the Irish during the Great Hunger.
In a moment of deep spiritual significance, two ancient flames were united for the first time:
- The Eighth Fire of the Anishinaabe Prophets – a fire of prophecy, unity, and healing, first lit in Hidalgo, Mexico in 2023. story
- The Sacred Flame of Brigid of Kildare – the eternal flame tended by generations of Brigidine sisters, representing compassion, hospitality, and renewal.
This union of Indigenous and Celtic wisdom opened the World Peace Gathering and marked the beginning of a new path — one that honours the Earth, celebrates our shared humanity, and carries the vision of peace and reconciliation forward.
Receive a Vial of Sacred Ashes
As part of this ongoing journey, we are humbly offering a small number of vials containing sacred ashes from the Full Moon Eighth Fire Ceremony.
These ashes are offered freely, with love and respect. They are intended as a spiritual token — to be held, prayed with, or placed in your own sacred space. The ashes fit within a standard post box and only a small amount is sent per request.
Because this was a one-time sacred fire, the number of ash vials is limited. We ask that each person only request one vial, and we will honour requests while our supply lasts.

How to Receive the Ashes
These ashes are offered as a gift, freely and with love. We simply ask that you cover the cost of postage but please be sure to fill out the google request form so we know where to send them.

About the Eighth Fire
The Eighth Fire Prophecy is a traditional teaching carried by Indigenous peoples of the Eagle, particularly the Anishinaabe. It speaks of the stages of our collective human journey, and the sacred choice we now face as a global family: to walk the path of unity, peace, and healing, or continue down the road of destruction and separation.
The lighting of the Eighth Fire signals a time of renewal. A time when the peoples of all nations are called to come together in respect and balance, guided by ancestral wisdom.
By merging the Eighth Fire with the Sacred Flame of Brigid, one from Turtle Island and one from Ireland, a new chapter was lit in our shared story. One that bridges ancient traditions, offers hope, and invites all who feel called to be part of this sacred healing journey.
